Fallout 4 Getting A Patch Next Week, First On PC Then On Consoles

I hope you’re having a fun time exploring the wasteland in Fallout 4. But if it seems too buggy for you, then worry no longer. Bethesda has announced that Fallout 4 will be getting a patch next week. The patch will first be released as a beta on Steam, then it will go onto a full PC release and later on release for consoles after the usual Microsoft and Sony certifications.

While they haven’t detailed exactly what will be changed or fixed but Bethesda has said to expect more frequent and smaller updates instead of waiting for a long time for a bigger patch.

And I’m just fine with that. While I’ve had some minor glitches where the gun seems to vanish and you either have to reload a save or use V.A.T.S to get it back again but I’ve yet to encounter a game breaking bug.

What’s apparent that Fallout 4’s rapid patch cycle will ultimately end up benefitting us wastelanders.
