PSJailbreak Banned From Being Sold

An Australian court has permanently banned the distribution and selling of PSJailbreak, reports GamesIndustry.biz.

Australian retailers OzModChips, ModSupplier and Quantronics have removed the hardware from their product listings. Any traders who distributed the device were ordered to turn the profits over to Sony, as well as compensate the firm for the inconveniences caused.

Sony has also filed a lawsuit against Zoomba LDC, who sells the device in North America.
