The Last of Us Live Action And Multiplayer Trailers, Fable HD Remake, Xbox One Goes To Hollywood And More

You know that I’m crazy excited about a game when I’ve mentioned it 6 times in a row. Yup, it’s The Last of Us once again. But let’s get the other gaming news out of the way first.

First up, the original Fable is getting an HD remake. The game will be called Fable Anniversary and release for the Xbox 360. No exact release date or whether a PC version is in the works is known at this time. It will also include the PC-exclusive content from Fable: The Lost Chapters. Here’s a thought. If you pull content from a PC version of the game, make sure that the remake in question is actually releasing on the said platform.

Next, DICE has promised “a couple of surprises” at this year’s E3. Me thinks it has something about Mirror’s Edge 2. Or I could be totally off the mark here. In that case, cue Battlefield 4 surprises.

Okay, it’s time for The Last of Us. First we have a multiplayer trailer for the game:

The second one is a live action trailer talking about decisions and the depressing life in the aftermath:

If you’re a sucker for engrossing video game stories, one game I recommend is Telltale’s The Walking Dead episodic game series. You could also love post-apocalyptic worlds, be a fan of The Walking Dead or could be bored. If so, I also recommend The Walking Dead. Mind you, not the Walking Dead shooting crap that recently got released. That thing should be relegated to the dumpster.

Anyway, getting back on topic. The Walking Dead series is readying up for Season 2 and has teased a new character called “Bonnie”.

Microsoft is in talks with Hollywood execs trying to sugarcoat them into some exclusive stuff for the Xbox One.
