ATI Sells 2 Million DirectX11 Cards in 4 Months

It has just been four months since the release of the ATI HD 5xxx series graphics card. At Consumer Electronic Show (CES) 2010 Las Vegas, ATI/AMD reported that they had sold over 2 million DirectX11 graphics cards, making it a significant install base of DirecX11 users. Expect more DirectX11 games soon as developers get their gears up.

Nvidia is yet to release their DirectX11 cards in March/April 2010, the 3xx series, codenamed Fermi.
