Kinect Launches In Japan

Note: This article has been edited by The Gaming Wiz on account of incorrect info.

After going on sale in North-America earlier this month , Kinect is now up for sale in Japan.ย Between 150 and 200 people lined-up outside the the official launch center at Yodobashi Camera in Akihabara.

Celebrities at the launch included wrestler Keiji Mutou, and the pop star role was filled by SKE48โ€™s Rena Matsui and Jurina Matsui.

Microsoft home and entertainment head Takashi Sensui was present, and apparently even helped sell the first few Kinectโ€™s at the register.

According to Kotaku, Japan’s reaction to Kinect has been lukewarm at best.
