The Japanese seem to love their, erm, Japanese game. Gran Turismo 5 has become the best selling game in Japan with 430,707 units sold.

Gran Turismo 5 went on to become the best selling game in UK too.

Sony believes that the success of Gran Turismo 5 will drive up PS3 sales.
