Xbox Live Video Marketplace Expands, But Not To Bangladesh

Microsoft has announced that the Xbox Live Video Marketplace will expand to 10 more countries in Fall 2010. Among those that will see the Video Marketplace are: Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Australia and New Zealand.

Xbox Live Video Marketplace allows Live users to stream and download hi-def movies direct to their Xbox 360. Those of us Bangladeshi gamers on Xbox Live cannot access the service yet, let alone download movie trailers. Yet it seems we can play on Xbox Live perfectly fine.

  1. I hope Microsoft start this service in Bangladesh soon !

I wish too, but HIGHLY unlikely. 🙁 Mostly because no one owns original games (except a rare few), slow internet speeds and most won’t pay $50 = 3,500 taka for online play. But then again, some will do.
