Watch Dogs Vs GTA V Ubi Responds, The Last Of Us Sequel, Deus Ex: The Fall New Trailer, Cyberpunk 2033, Snake Revealed For MGS 5 And More

Hello there Gamersworldbd readers and welcome! Let me start by thanking everyone who provided their feedback on our Facebook page. Gamersworldbd will now feature more of the latest news of your most anticipated games. From the feedback, readers are most excited about Watch Dogs, GTA V, NFS Rivals, The Last of Us, Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag, Call of Duty Ghost (you do know that this comes out every year, right?) and Fifa 14.

Let me say that Gamersworldbd will do the very best to provide the latest news for these games. But as you know, I have to talk about other news too, to keep things fresh! So, don’t be disheartened if your favourite game hasn’t been featured in a while. The obvious reason for that may be that there is nothing new to talk about.

Anyway, let’s get on with today’s exciting news. First up, the battle rages on between Watch Dogs and GTA V. We all know the behemoth that the Grand Theft Auto series is. And also the fact that Watch Dogs releases two months after GTA V. So, is Ubisoft worried? Not a chance. Speaking with MCV, the game’s creative director Jonathan Morin has said that “there is space for more than one great game in this world.”

“I would simply say that Watch Dogs is created by a very talented group of people who desire nothing more than to create something new, fresh and relevant for today’s players.

“Controlling an entire city and invading its population provides a completely different way of interacting with your surroundings and offers unprecedented dynamism. For us, it’s about creating a unique experience that feels so natural and immersive it’ll seem impossible to achieve. With Watch Dogs, we want to push gaming forward in our own way. We do play open world games and it surely influenced us in some way. But creating an experience is never about adding elements your neighbours have. It is all about delivering the fantasy and experience you are seeking.”

Don’t forget the fact that GTA V releases for current-gen consoles while Watch Dogs releases on both current and next gen platforms. If you’re interested in reading the entire interview, head on here.

Now, The Last of Us hasn’t hit shelves yet, but judging from the reviews it has been getting, it is going to be one hell of a game. So, what about the possibility of The Last of Us 2?

Naughty Dog creative director Neil Druckmann has said that the franchise is “ripe for more stories”. But it probably won’t feature Joel and Ellie in the sequel because “as far as the journey Joel and Ellie goes on it ends with this game”. So, one thing you can be sure of is there won’t be a cliffhanger ending.

Next up, we have the announcement trailer for Deus Ex: The Fall, the upcoming RPG coming from Eidos. And let me just say that I properly enjoyed Deus Ex: Human Revolution because I’m a huge RPG nerd at heart. Watch the trailer below:

Keeping up with the RPG theme, I’ve also got my eyes set on Cyberpunk 2033 from CDProjektRed. They’ve won me over with the Witcher games and I’m equally excited about Witcher 3. Cyberpunk 2033 is still years off, releasing hopefully in 2015, but we can surely expect more news at E3 2013.

If you’re looking forward to the PS4, analysts predict that it may cost less than $400. We also wrote previously that another gaming industry analyst, Michael Pachter, said the PS4 will be priced around $350. Let’s hope they’re right.

Now for Metal Gear Solid news. Hideo Kojima has announced that Kiefer Sutherland will be the voice of Snake in MGS 5: Phantom Pain. If you’re a PC gamer and holding out for MGS Revengeance, it will be out “soon” and available digitally.

Take care all!
